The Overseas Automotive Council (OAC) is the international division of the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA), the aftermarket market segment association of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA).

MEMA exclusively serves the aftermarket and original equipment automotive and heavy duty product manufacturing industry. MEMA supports its members through its three market segment associations:

• Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA)
• Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA)
• Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA).

It is a sponsoring association of two annual trade exhibitions: PAACE Automechanika Mexico in Mexico City and the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in Las Vegas, Nev., during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW).
